The thing is, I’m assuming she’s talking about nineteen school years later, so it would be nineteen years since the 1997-1998 year, and going into the 2016-2017 school year
☝🏻️ Yes, obviously. She’s saying it’s been 19 years since Harry’s last *first* day. And it has been. Because it’s September 1st, so she’s not referring to how many years it’s been since May of any year. That’s how school years and time work. Maybe she’s better at math than you think she is.
