no but this is especially true when you consider how in the seventh book Harry used expelliarmus on Stan shunpike and all his adult auror friends thought that was a foolish move. honestly the kid has always been better at defensive magic– I can’t think of many times that he used offensive magic without feeling guilty about it– and is so reluctant to actually hurt people who might have a bit of good in them that it’s actually hard to imagine him tracking down and detaining “dark wizards”. but so incredibly easy to imagine him teaching kids how to protect themselves and stay safe
